Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.85 dated 16.07.2013, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) registered at Police Station Daba, District Ludhiana qua the petitioners and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Janak Raj has submitted that cancellation report has been prepared and it will be presented in the Court within one month from today.
