Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to the official respondents No. 2 and 3 to initiate proceedings under Section 182/211 of IPC in pursuance to the application dated 07.08.2019, for registering false case bearing FIR No.02 dated 02.01.2019 registered under Sections 120-B, 353, 506, 509 IPC, at Police Station Mahendergarh, against the present petitioners and further a direction be issued to the official respondents to take appropriate action against respondent No.4 in accordance with law.

Learned State counsel, however, on instructions from SI Savina, has submitted that cancellation report in FIR No. 02 dated BANITA CHUGH 2024.09.18 15:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M- 7746 of 2020 - 2 - 02.01.2019, has already been filed and the next date before the concerned Court is 18.10.2024.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedies, as available to them before the court concerned, where the cancellation report has been presented, in accordance with law.
