(ORAL) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 199 dated 13.11.2014 registered under Sections 326/323/452/506/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Police Station Ladhowal, District Ludhaina. On instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in deference to the directions dated 13.1.2015 and she is no more required for further interrogation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no injury has been attributed to the petitioner nor she was armed with weapon. It is further submitted that petitioner is the wife of complainant. In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.1.2015 is made absolute and she shall abide by the conditions as enshrined in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
