Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.11 dated 23.1.2016 under Sections 30,27,54,59 of the Arms Act,PS Chhajli,District Sangrur.

On a secret information, the non-applicants/co-accused Gurpyar Singh,Satnam Singh and Mewa Singh were apprehended and having a 12 bore licensed Gun.

Name of the petitioner surfaced since the Gun belongs to him.

It was contended that neither the Gun was used nor the petitioner was present at the spot. The only offence made out against the present petitioner is in respect of Section 30 of the Arms Act,which RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.04.27 11:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M 11540/2016 is bailable. The gun has already been recovered and as such nothing more is to be recovered.

Vide order dated 4.4.2016 while granting interim protection, petitioner was directed to join investigation. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 4.4.2016,petitioner joined investigation and fully cooperated.

Learned State counsel on instructions is unable to refute the said contention.

In view of the above,interim bail granted vide order dated 4.4.2016 is made absolute.

Disposed of.
