**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of FIR No.7 dated 16.01.2017, under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell Patiala, District Patiala.
At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 29.03.2017 of this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation on 10.04.2017 and their custodial interrogation is not required at this stage.
