**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No. 198, dated 03.12.2019, registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 34 IPC, at Police Station Nathu Sarai Chopta, District Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that it is a case of false implication, inasmuch as, no allegation or overt act has been attributed to the petitioner. It has been alleged that the marriage of the petitioner with respondent No.2 was solemnized on 12th March, 2015 and no complaint, whatsoever, had been made against the petitioner or his family prior to 25.03.2018. In fact, it was submitted that on 14.02.2018, the petitioner and respondent No.2 had been involved in a motor vehicular accident. However, later on, on 26.03.2018, FIR No. 34, dated 26.03.2018, under Sections 307, 323, 506 IPC, was registered with Police Station Ding, District Sirsa, by the brother of respondent No.2, wherein, it was alleged that it was not an accident, but the petitioner had intentionally made his sister i.e. respondent No.2 fall off the motorcycle and thereafter, caused injuries to her. In view of the serious allegations levelled in the FIR against the petitioner, wherein, the complainant-wife was intentionally thrown off the motorcycle by him, and she received multiple and serious injuries, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
