***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for transfer of investigation in FIR No.1 dated 07.1.2021 under Section 22 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur to some independent agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation of the case is complete and challan has been presented, therefore, matter is rendered infructuous.
