Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitionerManoj Kumar Jha, has prayed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 422 dated 18.12.2018, registered under Sections 170, 419 and 420 IPC (Section 201 IPC added later on) at Police Station Civil Lines Bhiwani, District Bhiwani.

At the outset, by placing on record, photocopy of affidavit of complainant-Ashok Kumar dated 01.01.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised in between the parties.
