The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the office order dated 05.04.2022, Annexure P-15. 2.

Learned State counsel has furnished a copy of merit list based on which seniority list has been prepared to learned counsel for the petitioners, who in wake of which, prays for withdrawal of the present petition as having been rendered infructuous. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
