NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482,Cr.P.C., is for quashing of FIR No. 4, dated 4.1.2014, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 447, IPC, registered at Police Station, Sadar, Gurdaspur.

The case has been called twice, but no one has appeared for the petitioner. The position was same on 1.4.2015, 5.8.2015, 8.12.2015 and 17.12.2015. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
