******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.16 dated 13.01.2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Dadri, District Bhiwani.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Joginder Singh submits that challan in this case has been filed and petitioners are facing the trial. 13 out of 28 witnesses have already been examined and the trial will be concluded very shortly.

Her husband Om Parkash had committed suicide and as per suicide note left by him, he was feeling aggrieved because of the conduct of petitioners, father of Manisha and her brother. Petitioner Manisha is married to Parveen son of deceased Om Parkash. Keeping in view the facts that investigation is this case has already been completed, challan has been presented and petitioner are facing trial but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 25.04.2016 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
