**** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take action against the accused persons in FIR No.214, dated 18.10.2014, under Sections 279, 337 and 338 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar (Rural).

Learned State counsel who is assisted by Head Constable Dilbag Singh has submitted that serious efforts are being made to arrest the accused.

In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, no ground for further interference by this Court, is made out.

Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
