This petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 20.02.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani upholding order dated 07.02.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhiwani. Evidence of the complainant/prosecution was closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhiwani vide order dated 07.02.2017. The said order has been upheld by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. It is informed that in the interregnum respondents No.1 to 4 have since been acquitted by the learned trial court on 23.02.2017.
In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to her. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. ( LISA GILL ) March 29 , 2017.
