RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made of issuance of directions to the respondents to investigate DDR No. 17 dated 13.11.2013 and to initiate immediate necessary steps to find out the missing son of petitioner, namely; J. Balaji. Learned State counsel submits that police has made all best possible efforts to trace out missing son of petitioner, namely; J. Balaji by recording DDRs at different police stations, besides publication in newspapers and circulating news, in the media and TV channels. Even the police also approached all relatives of the petitioner, but no clue of the missing person could be found. The petitioner is not resident of Punjab.
In view of the above, no purpose is going to be served by keeping the instant petition pending. Therefore, the same is disposed of RISHU KATARIA 2020.03.07 10:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
