It was submitted that for each non-appearance of the petitioner prior to 10.10.2015, the application for personal exemption was allowed. Even on the said date, an application was moved,which was dismissed by learned trial Court,while proceeding to cancel the bail bonds and issued non-bailable warrants. It is further submitted that no witness had put in appearance on that date and as such, no prejudice to the prosecution was caused.

CRM-M 11567/2016 petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order petitioner has surrendered before the trial court on 10.4.2016 and was released on interim bail. The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 4.4.2016 passed by this court, is made absolute.

Disposed of.
