**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to allow the petitioner to work in Community Health Centre, Kaul which is under the control and supervision of Civil Hospital, Kaithal through outsourcing policy on the post of Computer Operator till the regular selection/appointment is made.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his aforesaid grievance, petitioner also submitted a representation dated 28.11.2021 (Annexure P-11) but the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending representation dated 28.11.2021 (Annexure P-11), in due course. 4.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per representation dated 28.11.2021 (Annexure P-11) and take a decision, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
