In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court and that there was a property dispute between the parties which they have resolved and in view of the law laid down in $%&' %'()* +&+,

-'.&/ &'0 &'+),1   "2#   "1%3%'&4# 25 and $6-47%'0,1 %'() &'0 +),18 * +&+,  -'.&/ &'0 &'+),1  9 "5#   "1%3%'&4#  ! the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.21 dated 01.02.2014 registered at Police Station Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 1207B IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
