AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners could not deny that as per a judgment dated 04.12.2014, of a Division Bench of this Court, passed in CRM No.M-4211 of 2014, this petition seeking quashing of the FIR has been rendered infructuous, in view of it having been held that an FIR can be registered, though cognizance would only be taken by the competent Court on the basis of a complaint filed before it.
