(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.511, dated 17.09.2014, registered at Police Station Hodal, Distt. Palwal, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 323/324/325/326/506/34 IPC.
As per the allegations in the F.I.R, the injury attributed to the petitioner is lathi blow on the shoulder and head of the complainant, which are declared to be simple in nature.
Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Mangal submits that the injury attributed to the petitioner was declared simple in nature and after presentation of the challan, charges are yet to be framed and there are total 8 prosecution witnesses to be examined.
The present petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2014 I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and GAURAV 2015.01.13 16:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Keeping in view the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this court feels that there is no need to detain the petitioners any longer, Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. Petitioners are ordered to be released on bail during pendency of the trial of the present case, subject to their furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Palwal.
