(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.126 dated 05.09.2016 under Sections 342, 365, 323, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Fazilka, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated March 26, 2018, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated March 26, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
