******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.3 dated 31.07.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 21 of Narcotic Durgs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 14 of Foreigner Act and 191 of M.V. Act at Police Station STF, Phase IV, Mohali. In this case recovery of 350 gms. of heroin was effected from the petitioner, which is a commercial quantity of contraband, as such, I find no reason to allow this bail application.

Dismissed.

However, trial Court is directed to expedite disposal of the case and try to dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months.
