Report dated 15.12.2025 has been received, pursuant to direction passed by this Court on 30.09.2025, as per which, charges have been framed, however, petitioner had failed to turn up before the trial Court and as such, his bail was cancelled and bonds forfeited to State and non-bailable warrants were issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law. 3.
