******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.32 dated 14.02.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 377, 342, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 67 of Information and Technology Act, 2000(deleted during investigation) and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (added later on), at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur. Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail as per order dated 29.03.2017.
