H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 135 dated 20.9.2107, under Section 377/34 IPC, registered with Police Station, Kulgrahi, District Ferozepur, on the basis of compromise dated 25.1.2018 and Panchayatinama.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the record I find that keeping in view the nature of offence, it would not be proper and appropriate to accept the compromise and quash the FIR, while exercising powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Therefore, petition is doomed for failure and is dismissed accordingly.
