(Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Pawan Singh of Police Station, Kalka, District Panchkula, submits that after getting recorded the statement under Section 164, Cr.P.C., of Manisha, the alleged aggrieved girl, cancellation report has been presented before learned Area Judicial Magistrate. In view of above, learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to press this petition at this stage.
