The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuing appropriate directions to the official respondents to conduct a fair and impartial enquiry into the complaint, dated 01.11.2023 (Annexure P-4) and registered a criminal case against the private respondents under the appropriate Sections of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been registered on his complaint dated 01.11.2023 (Annexure P-4). 3.

Learned counsel for the State has confirmed that an FIR bearing No. 0031, dated 11.05.2024, under Sections 498-A and 406 of the IPC, has been registered at Women Police Station, Police Commissionerate Amritsar. She has also supplied a copy of the aforesaid FIR in Court today. The same is taken on record.
