(Oral) Petitioner has impugned notice, Annexure P-6 dated 20.01.2020 issued by respondent No.2-District Town Planner directing demolition of shops of the petitioner there being no permission/sanction for erection of such shops.

Admittedly, remedy of appeal is available against the impugned order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal. In case, an appeal is preferred by the petitioner within a week from today, the appellate authority shall decide the same at the earliest, in any case, not later than three months.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

Till then status quo be maintained.
