Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.246 dated 11.11.2022 under Sections 176, 177, 181, 198, 200, 205, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station, City Sangrur, District Sangrur.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Balkar Singh, Police Station City Sangrur submits that in compliance of order dated 22.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
