******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Complaint Case No. 6/2018 dated 29.01.2018 titled as 'Dr. Gobind Gupta vs. Engineer Abhijeet Bhagat and others' under Sections 14, 14A, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissue Act, 1994, pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sirsa. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court as per order dated 20.02.2019. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Vinod Kumar submits that the trial of petitioner is continuing and his custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 20.02.2019 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- JITENDER KUMAR 2019.10.30 12:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
