Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 in case FIR No.206 dated 02.09.2016 under Sections 380, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sohana.

From the record, I find that respondent No.2 was in custody since 19.08.2017 and he was released on bail by passing detailed order on merits on 28.08.2017 by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali. Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that respondent has given threat to the petitioner and relied upon the representation moved by the petitioner to the SSP, SAS Nagar, Mohali on 02.08.2018 (Annexure P6). There is nothing to corroborate or to show that matter was reported t o the Court to take action or any DDR etc. was got recorded. CRM No.M-8605 of 2019 -2nothing that after 02.08.2018, whether respondent No.2-accused has ever put pressure upon the petitioner-complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that after the FIR in this case, respondent No.2 has cheated some other persons also.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the record, I do not find any ground to cancel the regular bail granted to the petitioner and to keep him in custody till the disposal of the case.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
