On the last two dates of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had appeared and prayed for sometime to argue the matter. The following orders were passed:- "Mr. Vijay Dahiya, Advocate has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner and prayed for some time to argue the matter.

On his request, adjourned to 08.05.2024."

and "It is an old case of 1997.

On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had caused appearance and prayed for some time to argue the matter.

Today again a request for adjournment has been made by Ms.Jyoti Chahal, Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. Vijay Dahiya, learned arguing counsel for the petitioner.

In view of above, it appears that the petitioner is not inclined to proceed with the instant petition any further. 4..
