Learned State counsel submits that departmental proceedings have been initiated against the concerned Tehsildar for having entered into a compromise with the private parties. A charge-sheet has also been served upon him. Same has been placed on record by learned State counsel as mark 'A'. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
