Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against State of Punjab and other respondents for issuance of directions to respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members unnecessarily and illegally and life and liberty of the petitioner may kindly be protected.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that no representation or complaint has been filed by the petitioner before the competent authority. Therefore, present petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to first move representation before the competent authority for the redressal of her grievances.
