CWP-3592-2023 Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari setting aside the order dated 12.02.2023 (Annexure P-7) vide which the earlier order dated 08.02.2023 (Annexure P-6) has been modified and the petitioner has been ordered to mark his presence in the Head Office at Panchkula, during suspension.

It has been pointed out by the learned State counsel that during the suspension period and during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been dismissed from the service vide order dated 03.05.2023 (Annexure R-10).
Since, during the suspension period, the petitioner has been dismissed from the service, no further orders are called for. Dismissed.
However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the subsequent orders, if so advised.
