**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to protect her life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 5 and 6.

State counsel had filed reply that cancellation report has been filed and the same would be filed shortly.

State counsel informs that the person whose statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded, was not the victim and the name was same but the father's name was different and cancellation report had been submitted and the complainant as well as petitioner are not coming forward to make the statement.

Petitioner has a remedy and she can file the protest petition. The petition is disposed of.
