The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.178 dated 06.02.2020 registered under Sections 341, 506, 509 IPC (Section 186, 353 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station City Panipat, District Panipat. 2.

By an order dated 19.02.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Dinesh Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 19.02.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
