Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 28.2.2017 passed in complaint No.NACT 445/2017 dated 25.01.2017 (Annexure P-2) titled as M/s Great Enterprises Vs. Naresh Kumar Devgan passed by the Ld JMIC, Amritsar vide which petitioner has been summoned under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and the order dated 07.02.2018 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned court of Addl. Sessions Judge Amritsar vide which revision against the order dated 28.02.20217 has been dismissed.
