(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance a direction to the respondents to conduct the investigation in proper and fair manner in case FIR No. 749 dated 30.08.2016 under Sections 148, 149, 302, 379 and 511 IPC registered at Police Station Karnal Sadar, District Karnal. None has appeared for the petitioner.

Learned State counsel submits that the Special Investigation Team has been constituted by the Director General of Police and investigation is going on. Given above, no further order is required to be passed and the present petition is disposed of.

Liberty reserved to file a fresh petition in case, need arises. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
