**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 15 dated 01.02.2016 under Sections 363, 366 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 11, Chandigarh.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 23.04.2016 :- "Petitioner is the brother of Davinder who is stated to have married the victim, who was a minor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is ready to join the investigation.

Adjourned to 22.07.2016.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and if he is sought to be arrested, he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting/investigating officer subject to the conditions laid down in section 438 sub section 2 clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. "
