This order shall dispose of CRM-M-7964-2025 and CRM-M7965-2025, both the petitions are interconnected and have arisen out of same FIR. However, the lead case is CRM-M-7964-2025. 2.

Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner(s), who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 34, 419, 420 of IPC (Sections 465, 468 & 471 of IPC added later on), in a case arising out of FIR No.283, dated 06.07.2023, registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak.

CRM-M-7964-2025 & connected case - 2 - withdrawal of the present petition(s), as the petitioner(s) expressed inclination to surrender before the concerned Court with a prayer to grant concession of regular bail to the petitioner(s), as the basic reliance of the prosecution would be based upon the documentary evidence, and for that purpose, custodial interrogation would not be required. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that in case petitioner(s) surrenders before the Court of Area Magistrate/concerned trial Court within a period of next 10 days, and thereafter, moves an application for grant of concession of regular bail, such application shall be decided within next three days.

Petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
