Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2 submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that the possession of land in dispute has already been delivered to respondents No. 1 and 2.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous and for want of prosecution as well.
