**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of the FIR No.110 dated 16.07.2016 registered under Sections 419, 420 and 120-B IPC at P.S. City Nawanshahar, District SBS Nagar based on compromise (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the parties to approach this Court again in case any fresh settlement is arrived at between the parties. 3.

In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
