Learned for the petitioners has stated that the appeal filed by the petitioners against the impugned order is pending before the Board of Directors of Haryana Warehousing Corporation, Panchkula. His limited prayer is that such Appellate Authority be directed to dispose of the appeal expeditiously. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Board of Directors of Haryana Warehousing Corporation, Panchkula, the Appellate Authority in the matter to dispose of the appeal filed by petitioners within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Since it is stated that the appeal has been filed little balatedly, the Appellate Authority may take a lenient view in the matter with regard to condonation of the delay and endeavor to decide the appeal on merits.
