*** SURINDER GUPTA, J Learned State counsel submits that it is a case of matrimonial dispute between petitioner no.2 and his wife Gagandeep Kaur-respondent no.8. Three complaints were filed by petitioner no.2 to the police which after enquiry have been filed. There is no threat to the life and liberty of petitioners still the police will take required legal action in case petitioners apprehend threat to their life and liberty at any point of time. Earlier the matter was sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court where the parties have failed to settle their matrimonial dispute.

In view of the submissions of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala as and when they apprehend danger to their life and liberty.
