Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of orders dated 10.12.2014 and 21.10.2013, whereby petitioners have been summoned to face trial under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 06.04.2015:- " Notice of motion only to respondent No.2 be issued for 07.08.2015.

In the meanwhile, petitioner to appear before the Magistrate concerned within 30 days from today and

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court dated 06.04.2015, petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and have furnished interim bail.

Accordingly, interim bail furnished by the petitioner in pursuance to the order dated 06.04.2015, is made absolute.

So far as the merits of the case is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to enable the petitioners to take up all the pleas available to them before the trial Court during trial.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
