(ORAL) Pursuant to the order dated 29.03.2017, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balvir Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required presently. In view of the above fact, the order dated 29.03.2017 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
