(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Section 376 IPC and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, in F.I.R No. 80 dated 11.06.2016, registered at P.S Sadar Patiala, District Patiala. This Court vide order dated 20.01.2017 directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court was directed to release her on interim bail on her furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to its satisfaction. Learned State counsel on instructions submitted that the petitioner had appeared before the Court below and submitted bail bonds, which have been accepted on 14.02.2017.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.

However, the petitioner shall be bound by the conditions imposed by the trial Court.
