Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.369 dated 4.8.2014 under Sections, 457, 380 IPC at Police Station, DLF, Phase-II, Gurgaon.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he purchased stolen goods from Ravi Mandal and Anand Mandal. According to State counsel five other cases of similar nature have been registered against the petitioner.

In view of above, I am of the considered view that petitioner is not entitled to the discretionary relief of pre-arrest bail. Dismissed.
