(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.05 dated 24.01.2015 registered under Sections 452/325/323/34 IPC at Police Station Ghanie Ke Bangar, Tehsil Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition and states that petitioner is most likely to surrender before the trial Court and move application for regular bail. Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioner surrenders before the trial Court and moves application for bail, same shall be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within a week.
