******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 82 dated 02.05.2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 341, 307, 332, 353, 186 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Chandhut District Palwal. Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and released on interim bail in terms of order dated 30.03.2017. Their custodial interrogation is not required .
